50 Jahre Ferrari Dino @ Maranello__Road Trip to Italy #2

Nach dem ersten Teil unserer Italienfahrt erzählen wir hier nun vom Treffen in und um Maranello und den Feierlichkeiten zum 50 .Geburtstag des Ferrari Dino 206/246.

Am Donnerstag Nachmittag treffen wir mit denanderen Teilnehmern im Hotel in der Nähe von Bologna ein. Der Parkplatz steht bereits voll mit ca 80 Dinos aus ganz Europa, einer hat sogar sein Fahrzeug aus den USA einfliegen lassen und machte anschliessen mit seiner Tochter eine Fahrt durch ganz Europa.

Am nächsten Morgen geht es erstmal entspannt los. Nach der Ansprache und Begrüßung fahren wir auf fast direktem Weg nach Modena, um das Museuo Casa Enzo Ferrari zu besuchen. Wir parken auf der Freifläche direkt dahinter, die für uns reserviert wurde. Eng and eng stehen wir, sonst hätten nicht alle Platz. Das Museum wurde 2012 eröffnet und es war einer der letzten Projekte des Architekten Jan Kaplicky des Londoner Studios „Future Systems“. Eine 5000m2 große Halle, überspannt von einem gelben Dach mit Festern, die an die Lüftungsschlitze der Rennwagen in den 50er Jahren erinnern. Darin befinden sich die Exponate der wechselnden Ausstellungen. Derzeit über Frauen, die einst vom selbst ans Volant griffen und Ferrari fuhren. Das Nachbargebäude war ursprünglich die Werksatt und das Elternhaus Enzo Ferraris, hier ist heute das Motorenmuseum untergebracht. Nach dem Essen fahren wir zurück, machen noch einen kurzen Stopp in Sant’Agata Bolognese. Nicht um Pasta zu essen, sondern um kurz dass Lamborghini Museum zu besichtigen. Der arme Parkwächter wusste gar nicht wie ihm geschah, als auf einmal zig Ferraris vor den Eingang rollten, wo gerade Presse-Testfahren für irgendwelche Basketballprofis stattfand. Vor dem Abendessen war noch Zeit, um eine Runde im Pool zu paddeln. Eine kleine Abkühlung nach diesem heissen Tag. Es ist über 30 Grad und unser GT4 hat keine Klimaanlage. Er heizt sich enorm auf! Auch bleiben an diesem Tag einige der alten Autos wegen Kühlungsproblemen liegen. Am Ende sollten aber alle wieder zurück ins Hotel finden. Der Abend klingt auf dem Weingut Zuffa aus. Wir machen eine Führung durch den Weinberg und essen im Garten des Anwesens. Dank der netten Tischnachbarn wird es recht gesellig und einige Flaschen Wein wandern über unseren Tisch. Aber am nächsten Morgen heißt es früh aufstehen, denn der große Tag steh auf dem Programm:

Heute ist Samstag der 30.Juni und fast auf den Tag genau rollte vor 50 Jahren der erste Dino 206 vom Band und aus dem Fabriktor des Ferrari-Werks in Maranello. Wir machen uns schon um 7 Uhr auf den Weg. Diesmal über eine schöne Strecke durch die Berge bis zur Galeria Ferrari in Maranello. Dort ist die Registrierung für alle Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung. Dank der neuen Datenschutzverordnung müssen wir zig Dokumente unterschreiben und das dauert alles ziemlich lange. Einmal fertig bekommen wir einen großen Aufkleber für die Windschutzscheibe und dürfen nach Fiorano auf die Teststrecke von Ferrari fahren. Hier, in der Nähe des Werkes und am Rande der Teststrecke stand ich schon mal vor 30 Jahren und habe davon geträumt, eines Tages diese mal besuchen zu können. Heute war der Tag gekommen! Und dazu noch im eigenen Ferrari. Ein Traum geht in Erfüllung…

Wir werden über das Gelände geleitet und parken alle auf einer großen, kreisförmigen Fläche, um das Jubiläumslogo mit den Autos abzubilden. Ca 180 Fahrzeuge sind gekommen und stellen sich in Form von Schriftzug, Zahl oder Kreisumrandung auf. Danach fahren wir in eine Parade einige Runden über die Strecke. Der Wahnsinn, wie ein langer Stau aus Dinos. Schließlich fährt der Autokorso weiter zum nahegelegene Werksgelände. Noch nie gab es so viele Dinos hier, die mitten auf der Allee vor den Fabrikationshallen parkten. Wir essen in der futuristisch gestalteten Kantine, die dem Profil eines Flugzeugflügels nachempfunden ist. Nach Tortellini al Ragù und einem Espresso werden wir durchs Werk geführt. Heute stehen die Bänder still und so wirkt alles etwas gespänstisch. Wir sehen die Produktionshalle für die Endmontage der 8-Zylindermodelle und bekommen die verschiedenen Etappen der Fertigung erklärt. Auch die Motoblockherstellung und anschließend noch die Classiche Abteilung. Hier werden die alten Ferraris bis ins letzte Detail originalgetreu restauriert, egal ob Serien- oder Rennwagen. Leider darf man in den Hallen nicht fotografieren. Am Nachmittag ist unsere Tour zu Ende und wir dürfen das Gelände durch das historische Werkstor verlassen. Wie einst der erste Dino…

Am Abend treffen sich alle Teilnehmer zum großen Dinner wieder. Eherngast ist Leonardo Fioravanti, der sein Buch „Il Cavalino nel Cuore“ vorstellte. Er verfolgte damals den von Aldo Brovarone gestalteten Dino Berlinetta Speziale (1965) weiter hin zum Serienmodell des Dino 206GT.
